1. Free Returns within 30 Days:
We offer a 30-day window for returns on all products purchased from Zen Luxe. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the 30-day period begins from the date the product is marked as “delivered” according to the tracking information. Please note that the costs associated with returning goods will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at info@zenluxe.com within 30 daysof receiving your order. Provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
c. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials that came with the product.
d. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
e. Ship the product back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method of your choice. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Eligibility Criteria:
- Products must be returned in their original, and undamaged condition. For used products, an assessment will be undertaken and returns based on approval.
- Products must be accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
- Returns are subject to approval based on the condition of the returned item(s).
5. Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for the safe and secure return of the product to Zen Luxe. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item(s). Zen Luxe is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
